"Farewell Honoring Belgian Ambassador to Lebanon, H.E Mr. Stephan De Loecker at Lebanon’s Phoenicia Hotel"

BLBC President, Mr. Hikmat Nasser hosted a “farewell” lunch  function at the Phoenicia Hotel in Beirut honoring the Belgian Ambassador to Lebanon, H.E Mr. Stephan De Loecker.

Mr. Nasser proposed a toast and a brief speech in tribute to H.E Mr. Stephan De Loecker’s successful ambassadorship of Belgium in Lebanon and wished him well on his next ambassadorial role and a pleasant and safe journey back to Belgium.
